    Product feature
    1. Usage temperature:
We display on all our sleeping bags the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) according to European standard EN 13537 of 11/04/2002. The comfort temperature is the lower limit of comfort at which the user in relaxed posture is generally in thermal equilibrium and is neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard woman and under normal conditions of use). CHOOSE YOUR SLEEPING BAG BASED ON THIS
    2. What are the temperature "limits" for use?
Comfort temperature limit: temperature limit at which the sleeping bag user, in a curled-up position, is generally in thermal equilibrium and is neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard man and under normal conditions of use).
    3. However, what you need to know about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but "keeps in" the heat produced by the body. If you're exhausted and cold and you slip into your wet, icy sleeping bag, you'll probably be cold, whatever its qualities! These temperatures depend on the individual's resistance to cold (corpulence, fatigue, etc.), their equipment (mattress insulating them from the ground...), clothing (naked, underwear...) and climatic conditions (moisture, wind and so on).
    4. Little tips for staying warm, before you slip into your sleeping bag:
Dress simply (just 1 layer of clothing is enough). Warm your extremities: hat, gloves, socks, heaters, rubbing ... A bottle of hot water can serve as a hot water bottle (if there's no risk of unexpected opening!) Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is transformed into heat) but without making movements that could generate a cold air flow.
    5. Composition
Filling: 50.0% Grey duck feather, 50.0% Grey duck down Lining: 100.0% Polyester Main fabric: 100.0% Polyester Rear of sleeping bag: 100.0% Polyester
    6. A score to compare products' environmental impact
The product's environmental impacts are calculated over its entire lifecycle using various indicators. An overall ABCDE rating is provided to help you easily identify products with the best environmental performance by comparing products of the same type (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks...). Decathlon is a voluntary player in this environmental information approach. For more info: http://sustainability.decathlon.com/

    • So comfy

Used for 2 to 8 weeks
The larger size made for a really comfy sleep, very warm and the fabric is very soft. Love the fact that you can have this under your pillow and over your shoulders as the zip does not run for the top few inches on either side. I'm 5 foot 8 and this was the perfect length with some spare. My camping buddies are now going to purchase these for themselves.
