    Product feature
    1. Use temperature:
We display the "comfort temperatures" on all our sleeping bags, tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in compliance with European standard EN 13537 from 11/04/2002. The "comfort temperature" is the lower comfort limit at which a user in relaxed position is in thermal balance and is not hot or cold (determined for an average woman and in normal conditions of use). CHOOSE YOUR SLEEPING BAG ACCORDINGLY
    2. What are the temperature "limits" at which it can be used?
Comfort limit temperature: The minimum temperature at which a user feels comfortable overall - neither hot nor cold - while huddled up in the sleeping bag (as determined for an average male user under normal conditions).
    3. However, here's what you need to know about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not produce any heat. Rather, it retains the heat produced by the body. If you are tired and cold and you slip inside a cold, damp sleeping bag, you will most likely feel cold no matter how good your bag! These temperatures depend on a person's ability to withstand cold (build, fatigue, etc.), his equipment (insulating mattress, etc.), the way he is dressed (if he is naked, wearing underwear, etc.), and weather conditions (damp, wind, etc.).
    4. Tips for warming up before getting into your sleeping bag:
Don't overdress (1 layer of clothes is enough) Keep your extremities warm: use hats, gloves, socks, bed warmers, rubbing, etc. A flask filled with hot water can be used as a foot or bed warmer (so long as there's no chance of it opening by accident!) Contract your muscles (70% of the energy you consume is transformed into heat) without making movements that could cause a draught.
    5. Composition
Filling: 50.0% Grey duck feather, 50.0% Grey duck down Lining: 100.0% Polyester Main fabric: 100.0% Polyester Rear of sleeping bag: 100.0% polyester
    6. A score for comparing products' environmental impact
The product's environmental impacts are calculated across its entire life cycle using various indicators. An overall ABCDE score is attributed to help you more readily identify the products with the best environmental performance by comparing the same type of product (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.) Decathlon is committed to visually displaying environmental information. • So comfy

Used for 2 to 8 weeks
The larger size made for a really comfy sleep, very warm and the fabric is very soft. Love the fact that you can have this under your pillow and over your shoulders as the zip does not run for the top few inches on either side. I'm 5 foot 8 and this was the perfect length with some spare. My camping buddies are now going to purchase these for themselves.
