    1. Connectivity
      Comes with speed and cadence sensor included in the pack. The sensor mounts onto the bike (rear stay) and can therefore also be used when riding outdoors. The application can receive speed and cadence data but does not control the home trainer's level of resistance. (not interactive)
    2. Tyre tips
      Tyres: Whether you do road or mountain bike training on the home trainer, we highly recommend using a tyre specially designed for use on home trainers. Benefits: 1. Longer lifespan thanks to a reinforced structure and harder rubber. 2. Reduces tyre rolling noise.
    3. Protection tips
      Protection: When training indoors, perspiration often drips onto the bike or floor. We therefore recommend using a sweat guard to stop perspiration (acidic) dripping onto your bike and damaging it. (item 8056757)

    • Same issue - great trainer, sensor not working.

      I have the same issue as the two people below and it has been very difficult to resolve this. There was no flashing green light on my sensor after trying it with three different batteries, I watched all the tacx videos, got in touch with tacx with no response, and as it comes as a pack, Decathlon will not simply take the sensor and replace that - I would have to package the whole trainer to send back just for the small sensor which came with it, which does not seem worth the money, time or packaging. I am absolutely gutted as I thought this product would be great, and have been unable to use it to the advertised spec due to the sensor not working.
      The trainer is great, resistance and build was easy, apart from not knowing I would need a specific back tyre that has a quick release axle.

      Turbo trainer works no problem. The sensors however don’t work at all. No green light, no life, no connection, nothing.

      The turbo trainer is very good. Stable in use and reasonably quiet.
      However ... the speed and cadence sensor did not work on either of the 2 models I was sent (initial order and a replacement). No green flashing light on the sensor which Tacx advised me indicates the sensor is transmitting via Bluetooth. As a result, I could not pair it with any of my compatible devices and therefore not able to link to any of the training programs it claims to work with.
      5 star for the sensor. 0 star for the speed and cadence sensor, version 1 or version 2!

      Thank you for sharing your experience of this turbo trainer cadence sensor with other customers.
      I don't know if there are any compatibility issues with your smartphone or if there was an issue with the app or if there was a fault with both units.
