    Product feature
    1. Sizing information
Quite a close-fitting cut. The jacket's inner volume allows you to wear it over a thin second layer such as a micro-fleece.
    2. Hood
Deep cut that covers you completely.
    3. Pockets
2 hand pockets + 1 chest pocket with zip fastening.
    4. Jacket hem drawcord
      Elastic draw-cords and toggles.
    5. Product features
Thumb loops on cuffs to prevent any heat loss and for added ease of movement.
    6. Thermal comfort and Windproof
Wind considerably increases the effect of the cold. With an outside temperature of 0°C and 20 km/h winds, it will feel like the temperature is -10°C. "Windproof" components help eliminate the discomfort linked to this "freezing effect". They are very effective at reducing heat loss by creating a barrier against the wind.
    7. Water-repellent properties of the component (not to be confused with waterproofing)
A fabric is water-repellent when it allows water to slide over its surface without seeping in. This prevents the fabric from swelling, and keeps it lightweight and warm. The fabric is made water repellent by treating its outer surface. This treatment must be repeated throughout the garment's lifetime (recommended after every wash). Products for this are available in our stores. All Quechua Softshells enjoy the benefits of water-repellent treatment.
    8. A score for comparing products' environmental impact
The product's environemental impact is calculated across its entire life cycle using different indicators. An overall ABCDE score is attributed to help you more readily identify the products with the best environemental performance by comparing the same type of product (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.). Decathlon is committed to visually displaying environmental information. For more information visit http://sustainability.decathlon.com/

The jacket is good, provides good insulation from air and to an extent cold too. But not for extreme cold conditions...

I weared it 5 months every single day during my thrue hike in New Zealand (TE ARAROA 3200 kms). Currently it is still good, there are not holes and the fabric are still pretty good.
i like it because it is pretty light and the jacket can dry pretty quickly (sweat, rain..). I used it under rain, sun, storm.

Although this jacket is good quality, it does not have all the features from this page.
I was disappointed to find there is no drawcord on the hem as advertised and no adjustable sleeves. This means that it will be no good for trad climbing or long mountain days as the wind easily gets in as the waist is loose.

    • Brilliant jacket for activity

I really like this jacket. I tend to wear it when warming up for running and/or standing around before a race. It is nicely wind resistant and surprisingly water repellant too, but I would not say that it is a warm jacket - you still need to be doing activity to stay warm in this really (if wearing in chilly weather...!). I like the fact that it is stretchy. I am tempted to wear it rock climbing but I like it too much to risk ruining it on the rocks!
