Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Ran in it a few times with both bladder and soft flasks in those front pockets. No serve slogging and acceptable, but the largest pocket on the back with a zipper is impossible to use without taking the entire vest off. So the pockets left for storage with easy access is very limited, need to wear those versatile running pants to increase storage space for large smart phone and other items.
Surprisingly, I manage to put a larger 2 litre bladder into the back pouch, so don't know why it comes with a 1 litre bladder
Overall, it is acceptable for the price but do expect to stop for the supplies stored at the back unless you have a monkey arm.
    • Really good piece of kit. No problems so far.

I've not used a running pack/vest before, but found that when I get to 7-8 miles running in the heat I'm pretty dehydrated. I did some research and the branded ones come in at around £60, and I'm not in that place. I've also started buying Decathlon trainers, and they are good, so why not? I have the M/L size. I'm about 40-42", and this fits me fine, but if you are much bigger in the chest, this might not be a good fit for you. Try one on if you can. Also note that the chest straps can move up and down on a kind of ladder system. I guess you might be also to extend them somehow. It sits high on your rib cage, nothing across the waist. It comes with a 1 litre water bladder which hangs securely in the back. Tube feeds out via a shoulder strap. I've still getting used to that. Enough space in the back for a thin waterproof, spare socks, etc, but its not a ruck sack. You'll need to buy front flexible bottles separately. Lots of hoops to clip stuff onto, and pockets for gels or whatever. I've done 2 x 6 mile trail runs so far and it is just fine. I'm really please with it. Works way better than I expected and (compared to other specialist ones) a bargain.
