    Product feature
    1. Suitable clothing
The body produces heat during exercise, which is preserved thanks to the thermal insulation of the outfit. If the clothing is unfit for this purpose, the body will cool down and the blood flow to the hands will drop in order to keep the central core warm. The gloves and clothing should therefore be suitable for their intended use to keep hands comfortable. If you're not sure, it's always best to select a pair of hiking gloves that are slightly too big rather than too small.
    2. Recommended temperature rating = -8°C
Corresponds with the ambient temperature at which: 100% of testers felt this sensation was acceptable. This is -8°C for these fingerless mittens
    3. Limit temperature rating = - 14°C
Corresponds with the ambient temperature at which: 100% of testers felt this sensation was acceptable. This is -14°C for these fingerless mittens
    4. Glove dexterity
The dexterity of a glove is its ability to manipulate objects. Our gloves have been scored in the laboratory on a scale of 1 to 5. The nearer the glove's dexterity rating gets to 5, the closer the manipulation when wearing the glove gets to that of a bare hand. In particular, we tested how easy it is to get a jacket on and open it with the gloves
    5. How is the use temperature measured?
All our gloves are lab-tested on a thermal hand. The temperature ratings are valid when walking and wearing clothes designed for walking. The active body produces heat, which is retained due to the insulation of the outfit. If the clothes are not suitable, the body cools down and the blood flow to the hands decreases in order to retain the warmth in the central core. The recommended and limit temperature ratings are based on 23 testers for temperatures from 5°C to -20°C and a wind of 10 km/h.
    6. 100% Windproof
These gloves have a 100% windproof membrane, ideal for staying warm even in strong winds.

I wanted a glove for taking photos. This seemed very well priced and with the magnetic fold back mitt section it makes for a great package
They are however very small made I ended up with a 2xl ( I am normally just a large )
The thumb price is a little tight but on the whole these gloves are excellent
Oh but they are rubbish for snowballs though.
